Year Four: Update

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I have had a few queries about work that is appearing on Google Classroom as ‘missing.’ Just to clarify Google Classroom is for homework and the daily tasks uploaded are only there in case your child is isolating or if the class bubble needs to close. I have also changed the settings to help ease any confusion so hopefully there will not be any work labelled as ‘missing’ in the future.

I will be uploading the spellings for after half term before the end of this week. If your child is changing groups I will be discussing this with them Friday. I will also send you a message on Google classroom if their group is changing so you are aware.

The next times table target test will be the first week back after half term (WB 2^nd Nov.) This will be the second times table target they were given at the beginning of the term. The children will be reminded which ones they are learning before the end of the week.
